We are the best Mexican food and taco truck catering in the San Francisco Bay Area! Here we claim our stake to grilling up the best Asada in the Bay. Here at Madd Mex Cantina we bring San Diego style Mexican food to the San Francisco Bay Area. Having grown up in the bay all my life, I’ve never found really good Carne Asada Fries or California Burritos around here. I decided to leave a great company, to the chagrin of my mother, and started working in a food truck at minimum wage to get experience..

We have an amazing menu, which includes Carne Asada Fries and California Burritos with their own twists (think waffle fries and BACON), Baja style fish tacos with our special Madd sauce, Asian-Mexian fusion teriyaki rice bowls, Chorizo Brie Taco and Truffled Bacon Fries! Of course we also have traditional Mexican fare such as classic tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.

Our underlying inspiration come from putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes to imagine what would be unique, while ensuring all our items have the highest standards in taste and quality – something you would enjoy eating everyday.

We serve all over the San Francisco Bay area, namely San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Campbell, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Fremont, Hayward, Redwood City, San Mateo, Belmont, Burlingame, Foster City, San Bruno, Oakland, Millbrae, and San Francisco.
